I had a wonderful experience at Renaissance Eye Wear. I had to make an eye appointment and I got in fairly quick. Dr Moore did a great job. I had somewhat of an urgent situation. They were willing to see me right away but I was out of town. They gave me an appointment for first business day I got back. It was a fit in but I was seen quickly. The receptionist was so nice and … More caring when I called and she's the one who scheduled it all quickly. The lady that saw me first(nurse- not sure her exact title) was so nice and ran some basic tests and listened to my problems,asking questions and documenting for the doctor.Then took me to the examining/ testing room. The doctor came in quickly. He read my chart asking more questions. He listened to all of my concerns. He was so pleasant and thorough. He explained everything in terms I could understand. He put my mind at ease and didn't make me feel rushed to get to another patient. He took his time. He even had a good sense of humor. The tech who helped me pick out frames,was very nice too. He listened to my words.....he kept the cost down and not only helped me find something I was happy with but at a cost I could do. It was a wonderful experience and a happy outcome since I always expect the worst. This is a great team of people. I will definitely go back in the future and totally recommend Renaissance Eye Care!!!!!!
